I like to paint as a fun, relaxing sort of thing. I started this piece in Los Angeles, sitting in the beauty of Temescal Canyon Park and finished it in New Mexico.
Ocean Goddess
The great thing about living in Los Angeles was that I was never far from the ocean and could feel her presence on a daily basis. I did this piece there. Can you see the three whales?
Holding Hands
I was sitting on the pier at Venice Beach in California and painted this one. It must be an enchanting life under the waters.
La Cueva
“La cueva” means “cave” in Spanish but it also happened to be the name of this cockatiel, a rescue bird who belonged to my friend, Cathleen. One of his favorite pastimes was pooping on people’s heads. I know from personal experience.

“Hold tenderly who you are and let a deeper knowing colour the shape of your humanness.”
